Mike Conrad is one of the most honest people that I have ever met. I trust him implicitly, and I would recommend him over anyone I know of if you need anything at all. There is a reason he has been in business for so long, and it's because of his noesty, integrity and fairness. Aside from my business relationship, Mike Conrad is a great human being that I would trust with my children if I had to. If you don't know Mike you need to, and if you know Mike you know why I am saying these things.
